The Rhine in front of the door – Condos in Cologne

The residential ensemble is located in the eastern part of Cologne-Niehl and it consists of good tenanted condos. The residential buildings are located in a quiet side alley, the Schlenderhaner Straße, only about 100m away from the Rhine shore and the Niehler port. A stable community of residents has developed over years in the district that loves its quietness and treasures to be so close to the inner-city vibe. Especially families get attracted by the parks and green areas that cross the district and characterize the street with young vividness.
